Go to the Wallet section, select UPI, and enter the amount. A UPI payment request is sent to your linked app — Paytm, PhonePe, or Google Pay. Confirm it there and your s3waas balance updates within sixty seconds of bank confirmation.

Standard withdrawals processed before 6 PM IST on a working day typically arrive within four hours. Requests submitted late evening or on bank holidays may take until the next working day. Your withdrawal status is visible in the Wallet history tab.

You will need a government-issued photo ID — Aadhaar or PAN card — and a selfie for liveness verification. Once submitted, verification is usually completed within twenty-four hours. Access to certain features depends on local law and is available where local law permits.

A pending status usually means the payment completed on Paytm's side but the confirmation is still travelling through the payment gateway. Wait three minutes and check again. If it remains pending after five minutes, share the Paytm transaction ID with live chat.
